Born to back-to-the-lander parents in the middle of the Smoky Hills State Forest, Sunny spent her early years without electricity and running water. She obtained my bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, and her Master’s degree in Nutrition Education. Her Master’s work focused on the antioxidants of wild greens.
