Ann Wigmore

Thursday 3/19 - Stories of Dr. Ann Wigmore: Live Food Pioneer

Dr. Ann Wigmore was one of the most visionary pioneers of the raw food world. What she was writing about 20 and 30 years ago is now being verified by scientists and lived by thousands of people worldwide. Who was this woman of such faith, wisdom and intuitive knowledge of foods that powerfully heal the body?

Dr. Ariel will speak with Leola Brooks and Lalita Salas, two dedicated and powerful women who have held the energy and maintained the institute since Dr. Ann's passing in 1994. This will be an amazing look at Dr. Ann's life, a discussion of foundational foods such as wheatgrass, sprouts, and rejuvelac, and a celebration of the many thousands who have embraced live food as a way of life and continue to share the message of healing and bliss in the world.

Thursday 3/12- Wildman Steve Brill - The Man Who Ate Central Park!

Wow! I will have a very entertaining guest on Thursday's show. Wildman Steve Brill has been foraging in NYC including Central Park for over 20 years. We are going to talk wild foods, including amazing weeds like plantain and dandelion, chickweed, incredible herbs like nettle and so much more! These are our foods to reclaim from the land. We can be empowered to gather and grow our own food, which is far superior in nutrition than anything we could likely purchase in the regular ol' produce aisle. There is a natural sense of triumph, I think, when we gather our own food. Let's get a better understanding of the nutrition of wild foods, how you can begin foraging, and some very fun recipes that you can make from food you gather yourself.

Join us on Thursday, March 12th at 4pm PACIFIC time! Call in with your questions at:
